 Description

If the workflow module is installed after the installation of the STK the demo-editor group is not added to the editors group (which is used in the workflows).

This should be done in the version handler and not in the startup routine of the module

There is no practical solution for that. We had to introduce a generic mechanism to allow modules to register extra tasks which are only executed after an installation of an other module:
1. install only STK
2. install only workflow
--> this triggers the execution of extra tasks provided by STK

If the STK and workflow module are installed at the same time, every thing works as expected.
