 Description

In WEBSITE-444, Ben makes a good case that, for SEO, it makes sense to be able to remove the prefix from the TITLE tag of a page. I.e., if there's no "Site Title" entered, then the TITLE on each page should simply be the name of that page.

Additionally, it be nice if the TITLE of each page could be configured to use a reverse breadcrumb approach, going from most specific to least specific. For example: Current Page Title: Current Section Title: Site Title.

Thoughts?

Cheers,
Matt
