 Description

The CSS needs to be adapted to result in a navigation that is clearly readable. When setting vertical navigation to 3 levels, 3rd level is not clearly readable

To specify this issue:
> When clicking on a 2nd level menu item that has subpages and the level in the site definition is set to 3, the initial color of the 3rd level items is white.
> When clicking on one of the 3rd level items, the color of the menu items correctly turns back to black.

The rule that is applied for the first step is on line #1605 of styles.css

It actually also happens in the prototype - unless I use it wrong. There was no case for 2nd level active and 3rd level expanded, so I added this as "Testcase" in nav2.html. Will drop an email to Aperto.
