Currently, the label on a component placeholder read "New XYZ component" with "XYZ" being the name of the surrounding area. While this is ok as default text, it is very technical and caused confusion during user tests. Please choose more precise labels wherever possible. E.g. for a Link List area, the label should read "New link". |

Added dependency on task requesting that component placeholder actually be configurable. |

Given the thousands of other issues we have open that are more highly requested, we won't be able to address this issue in the foreseeable future. Instead we will focus on issues with a higher impact, and more votes. |
