 Description

You can see that easily once you run the tests.

A new sanity check in JR1.5 sees that the repository was already shut down when restarting - and this is likely due to BindableRepositoryFactory keeping a reference to the shutdown'd repository, while it shouldn't. With the same hack we applied for MAGNOLIA-2534/RepositoryTestCase, we can flush this cache.

This actually still fails when updating a repo using JR1.5
