Environment:

In a regular dialog the width is 720px.
In a detail editor, the "dialog" width is 900px which creates an awkward layout as the fields are still configured for 720px.
Normalize these two presentations to 720px by shrinking width of detail editor.

Also, when the width of the browser is even narrower, a scroll bar should appear at the bottom of the detail editor to indicate that the user does not see the full width.

Set all widths in css to 720px.
Added a "detail-view" css class to the detail view.
Added a css style to this class so that a scrollbar shows when width is too narrow.
