 Description

Align the date on the left, the time on the right make such fields more easily readable, when shown in a column of a list or tree. See the example from Apple Mail attached to this issue.

Solved by modifying date column formatter to create separate DIVs for date and time.

date column does not accept left or right clicks anymore - mouse cursor shows pointer instead of hand as the rest of the rows do.

Modified column generator to output only one label. Click handling works again and added explicit style definition to restore the hand cursor.
