 Description

In many places we're using the wrong term. Apps are identified by name, not by an id.

For instance in Location, DefaultLocation, AppControllerImpl, Fragment, AppsViewportConnector, MagnoliaShellView, MagnoliaShellConnector, ShellImpl, EditItemAction, CreateItemAction, EditItemActionDefinition, DetailLocation, BrowserLocation, EditorLocation, ShellAppController, DefaultLocationHistoryMapper and in xml files configuring these actions.

These are probably not all cases, do a search of all files to make sure.
