I would reconsider that: the common-widgets modules is meant for custom widgets, whereas in that case the status bar is a View. I think we should actually drop the dependency to ui-vaadin-integration > ui-api from common-widgets. Though I admit the statusbar own module was currently overkill - it was first intended for reuse e.g. in page-editor, but that has not happened so far. So the current implementation of the status bar could probably be moved to workbench, or flattened into workbench view/presenter. The thing is, as soon as a view needs to be reused, then it currently has to move either to its own module, either to ui-admincentral. Maybe we miss a place for magnolia-ui Views. |
