 Description

The preloader label is currently using the app name/prefix instead of the app label.

The shell (the one that gets the preloader to show) currently only knows about registered app names.

This creates an odd flickering effect when launching some apps where the id is significantly different than their label (example: websiteJcrBrowser, where the label is "JCR")

This is very irritating also when you are running on a different language. It would be better to show a blank then to have an english word that then flips to the set language.
