 Description

When you preview a particular page version, we get actions to edit, publish and unpublish the page. While these actions actually work on the current version and thus using them would cause no issues, this is confusing to the user. We should always only show actions that are applicable to what you're currently working on or viewing, thus in this case, we should show no actions at all.
