 Description

The Action bar of the Configuration app currently uses both "Publizieren" and "Deaktivieren". We should focus on just one expression for publish/unpublish.

So:

  • unpublish -> depublizieren

Please verify all cases, if you've used the same approach in other apps as well.

And fix a few other german terms while we're at it!

Unfortunately, there is no german word for "unpublish". "Publikation aufheben" is not useable everywhere.
Another proposal - usage of "nicht publizieren" - leads into understanding or semantic problems, in some cases.
After a discussion with Andreas, we agreed in using "depublizieren", which is also not properly german (see http://www.duden.de/suchen/dudenonline/depublizieren) but quite often used, even wiki knows it (see http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Depublizieren).

Changed all relevant UI instances, and created ticket in workflow module for instances there.
