 Description

For some use cases it would be helpfull to add custom permissions per workspace. Enable to register separate permissions per workspace in the security-app.

In M4.5 this was called securityConfiguration and it was configured in modules>adminInterface>config>securityConfiguration>repositories, e.g. modules>adminInterface>config>securityConfiguration>repositories>forum>permissions (see atachment).

In M5 it should also be possible to add such configuration, but in M5 these would go into the conf. of the security app; usually added by some other module (e.g. Forum).

Before this story another ticket has been created for the "same" reason. See MGNLUI-2549
