Steps to reproduce:

  • add availability rule for action that is not in default action bar view (/modules/pages/apps/pages/subApps/detail/actions/addComponent for example)
  • open a page allowing focus on this section
  • after switching action bar section the rule is ignored
  • rules in the default section are however processed every time this section gets active again

We do know we have an inconsistency with PageEditorSubApp, basically iirc it has never been fully aligned to the availability mechanism, only toggles between sections.

These actions still depends on page editor parameters (same as in 4.5):
