Note: up to know this only happened in load-tests - there's no hint that this is an issue in real life as well. Still it'd be great to understand why we occasionally run into that issue. When it happens we would get a NPE in AppInstanceControllerImpl#stop where we try to call app.stop(). As a workaround we're now checking for null and log a warning in case it is, so watch out for "App is null - cannot stop. Thread = ..." messages. |
