 Description

If /modules/ui-admincentral/commands/default/delete/deactivate@enabled is true and when working with JCR (config, website, whatever else) and removing something, will be nice to have an message, warning or confirm window with message like "This action will be immediately activated to public. Do you want to continue?"

Story behind: on corporate website we had this set to "true", but no one knows about it And since now is there a bug when components without dialogs also can't be deleted from website app, so we delete them directly from JCR and start to works on new components, but then we found that page on public is empty. As I mentioned, no one knows that deactivate was set to true and deletions were activated on background.

Content apps should have mark as deleted action instead of direct delete actions so the user has to publish deletion.
