 Description

On MGNLUI-307, displaying logic was partly copied to server in ShellViewport, this improved slightly behaviors on "soft" browser refresh (i.e. without ?restartApplication param).

The goal of this issue is now to review the client-side implementation in VShellViewport, to simplify visibility processing in #updateFromUIDL() method. Ideally, visibility of apps should simply be delegated to #setVisibleApp() method.

Currently, one may easily trigger odd behaviors when switching between running apps after soft refresh.
