 Description

Please create a new version of the icon web font using the archive attached to this issue.

We've added a larger set of new icons to the font to support the 5.4 configuration story, i.e. both the Resource files app and the Definitions app. The font also contains new icons for a visual improvement of the tree, to support the "cut" operation, and it contains one, two reserve icons for improvements planned soon.

The changes are:

  • 016: "016_templating-app" icon has been replaced by a new version
  • 185-206: all new icons

Reopening.

  1. If only for the removal of the !important tag in font-family. See Federico's comment on MGNLUI-3613. By the way, we can actually change the TODO into a proper explanation now:
/* Icons may have their font overridden locally if not !important (e.g. in confirm-dialogs), see MGNLUI-3613. */
  2. for the useless .gitignore you added in the theme sub-directory, the one at root of the repo should be enough.

Then if I want to be picky I could mention maintaining ordering of icons in the generated file, or formatting, but it's not that important.
Such things have to be expected until we make the icon-font a proper project (svgs as sources, build/generation automated). Thanks for the groovy script though, it surely helps a bit already!

Reopened: Looks like we have two icons with the same name ('close') Let's wait till the Icons summary is fixed. CC weder

Sorry for that.

I've patched the new font to include the following changes:

  • 203-open gets renamed to 203-open-node
  • 204-close gets renamed to 204-close-node

I've attached a new 15.1 version of the font that includes these changes.
