 Description

Please evaluate if a Vaadin upgrade would help with the Microsoft Edge compatibility for the Magnolia Admin Interface.

It seems that they are already working on supporting it.

TEST OUTCOME
--------------
Tested on a VM with Win10 and MSEdge

  • run a smoke tests on most apps. All seems to be working fine, including CKEditor component.
    • latest CE bundle (Magnolia 5.5-SNAPSHOT, Vaadin 7.6.7)
  • demoauthor.magnolia-cms.com (Magnolia EE Pro 5.4.8, Vaadin 7.4.7)
    • same test as above. All working fine except
      • Ace editor components, e.g. in Resources or Groovy app. The file contents is blank, no matter the type of resource (yaml, freemarker, groovy, etc.)
