| Description |

According to the certified stack, IE11 is supported on Magnolia 5.4. However, IE11 running on Windows 10.1 is missing edit bars and actions in the Page Editor. ruths can reproduce the issue. It looks like the Edge compatibility mode is not triggered. F12 Developer Tools > Emulate shows IE 11 being the default, Edge is not even on the list. <meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=11;chrome=1"> |

We confirmed that switching emulation mode to IE9 fixes the issue. |
