 Description

I've noticed a broken layout when you open the "move" dialog to e.g. move a page from one location to another once. The "no item selected" status message is cut off and the padding between that message and buttons below seems to be wrong (see attachment 1).

When you select an item, the layout is fixed (see attachment 2). When you deselect the item again, the layout remains fixed (see attachment 3).

Hi mmichel,

I saw you did MGNLUI-3905, and created MGNLUI-3948. We have other ticket MGNLUI-3895, they are duplicated, aren't they?

I tested on master with your fix (MGNLUI-3905) and see that layout for move dialog is ok now. Could you please let me know that I could backport your fix to 5.4.x and close this ticket. After provided the fix for MGNLUI-3905, you create MGNLUI-3948, I'm confusing what is missing in your fix.

Thanks,
Sang Ngo

Hi Sang,

I wouldn't say MGNLUI-3895 and MGNLUI-3948 are duplicates, but they definitely are related, yes. As I explained in MGNLUI-3895, the problem is not limited to one dialog, it's general.

I have updated MGNLUI-3948 to make its status clearer. The reason why this was happening wasn't clear yet when I created the ticket.

As far as the backport of MGNLUI-3905, it's already in: https://jira.magnolia-cms.com/browse/MGNLUI-3951

Cheers,
Maxime.

Hi mmichel,

I tested on ui-5.4.x and the issue is fixed. So, I would close this ticket as fixed by other. For other enhancement, I think it should go with MGNLUI-3910

Thanks,
Sang
