 Description

When a user clicks on an empty datetime field, for example when submitting an item for publication, the vaadin datetime control is pre-populated to the current "browser" date and time, even if the user has a different timezone selected.

If possible, the control should respect the user's timezone settings and pre-populate the control based on that.
