 Description   

The bug is only in Chrome (version on my system: 52.0.2743.116 m).

*To reproduce: *

  1. Go to "pages app" and open some page.
  2. Do not close "pages app" and open "Tools/JCR app".
  3. Open several content nodes to see the scrollbar on the side.
  4. Switch back to the "pages app".
  5. Unnecessary scrollbar will be shown

Fixed by changes in UI framework and Magnolia 6.0 theme.
