| Description |
|
In order to leverage quick navigation potential, a keyboard shortcut should be in place to give focus to the find bar. A quick research concluded that "/" (slash) is a common shortcut to focus on search field (see image attached).
Acceptance criteria:
Alternative resolution: CMD + / implemented instead. Implementing "/" will require client side changes. This will be necessary for all global single-character shortcuts. In that issue (MGNLUI- 4978) rewriting for "/" can be handled. |

Moved to UI as the findbar is being moved there. |

As mentioned before, single-key shortcuts are somewhat problematic with regards to usability since they cannot work while a text field has focus, and vice versa may be triggered inadvertently. |
