After customer upgrade from 5.5.3 to 5.5.14, the admin screen did not load. I have tried also upgrading from 5.7.2 to 5.7.3, the admincentral loaded but cannot login. After remove the page cookies, disabled cache, below issue happen:
Running in a new 'incognito tab' of Chrome is a work around or running on a new browser without historical data such as Firefox in my case the issue is not happen. Reference to SUPPORT-10142 for more information. |
