 Description

ColumnDefinition currently does not expose width and expandRatio. I suggest to add those not least to stay backward compatible.

The properties ColumnDefinition.getExpandRatio(), ColumnDefinition.getWidth(), ColumnDefinition.getMinimumWidth() and ColumnDefinition.getMaximumWidth() are in 1:1 correspondence with the corresponding properties of Grid.Column in Vaadin.

Note, there seems to be a problem with setMaximumWidth() not working correctly. See https://stackoverflow.com/questions/47684677/vaadin-grid-column-setmaximumwidth-ignored/47692016#47692016
