This isn't specific to the Rename dialog. I've encountered this using Chrome with plugins enabled (I'm guessing it's the web developer plugin being the culprit). If you open another browser, or use Incognito mode, the dialogs appear normally. I've not looked into this any further than that, and not sure if the source of this ticket is from Chrome. 

Also, this isn't specific to 6.2, I've seen this with 6.1.4 as well.

For me this happens in Firefox as well as in Safari no matter whether I'm in incognito mode or not. But so far I only observed it in the pages app. Segments and Personas work fine.
