| Description |

When the filter is a select box it seems to be visible. But when the filter is an input field it doesn't show up. Make sure every column in all new apps is filterable. Currently missing in at least:

by default, filter is not enable even inputText or comboBox, to enable filter for grid header, `filterComponent` should be declared |

Ok, i understand, currently by default it is not enabled and has to be manually declared. What users will see is a grey grid header with lots of space, nothing clickable. I would recommend to enable inputText or combobox filtering for each column, whatever makes sense, else users will be confused. |

rkovarik I checked with avongunten regarding the idea of merging all tabs of tasks and notifications and use filters instead on one main tab. The conclusion was that we would not introduce such a change without validating with users first; note that it would also be a UX change compared to M5. |
