 Description

Currently the authoring local chosen over the language drop-down is not a part of the location fragment. This has as a consequence, that one can not send the URL of editing the page in a certain non-default language to other editors or via a location call by code.
Also the Favorites store and won't react to it.

Added patch that does the job:
DetailLocation.patch & pages.patch

The patch is not PD tested yet, so usage in production without testing with caution.

Usage:
The pages app reacts now to the parameter ":edit::de" -> the language is used and the language switch reacts.
When selecting a language over the language switch also the parameters are updated.
