User Story: As an author I would like to have a possibility to link page directly from the rich text editor so that I can use the resources already available in the pages app.
Description: Link to Magnolia page is Magnolia native plugin that offers accessing the project page via the dialog.
when we will introduce Magnolia Default configuration for Rich text editor powered by CKE5 (here: https://jira.magnolia-cms.com/browse/MGNLUI-8616) We need to provide also possibility to link pages via Rich text editor.
