 Description

When editing a field in Page editor a blank page with NPE in console is shown instead of edit component dialog. This originates from FormPresenterImpl.initActions() formDefinition being null. See integration tests PageEditorUITests how to reproduce.

Make sure to reactivate the corresponding UI tests once the issue is fixed.

Clean Dialogs definition:
Remove old bootstrap files for Dialog50. No more used.
Add a dialog migration task to the sample module.
