The email workitem handler should be provided OOTB. Allow for the ability to turn on/off email notification in workflows. For example, when the workflow starts, an email should be sent. When it is approved, published, rejected and so on. There should be a template that can be configured for the email. There should be the ability to set a different template for each notification type (starts, approved, published, rejected) |
