This is working for non-timed workflows. As soon as we start with timed flows we'll most likely
have to come up with a different solution.

It's actually working already: e.g when the workflow is time-base started the corresponding user would get a error message via the pulse whenever he logs in next time.

This is not yet resolved. We still need to read the receiver of the error from the parameter map instead of using the MgnlContext

Should not be fixed (rather obsolete) and not have a fix version.
