 Description

This is a less technical outcome of the research on neural networks and their memory consumption. Eventhough Magnolia will get smarter about memory usage, we should use the feature that allows to give rankers on a role-basis.

Only editors should get the ranker privilege. The problem is that no default editors group is coming as of today. Therefore, although the feature is there, we can't use the role-based strategy described here: https://documentation.magnolia-cms.com/display/DOCS62/Periscope+Result+Ranker+module#PeriscopeResultRankermodule-anc-ranker-strategyResultRankerstrategy
