 Description

When DialogLanguageUtils sets up the list of languages for the site, it really only respects the language and ignores the region. Instead of adding the language (e.g. "en") to the list, it should add the locale (e.g. "en_GB") if a region exists.

This is already fixed in 1.0.9 and should be ported to the Mag 4.5 version as well.
