 Description
  1. Request fragments on author instance even if the page is not cached (comes directly from rendering) to test possible errors.
  2. Render error when snippet cannot be requested when being on author instance (similar to handling of e.g. Freemarker errors);

-Exception handler may be moved to core.-
Exception handler in rendering may be more generic, see http://wiki.magnolia-cms.com/display/PDNOTES/RenderingContext-independent+exception+handler.

The version with custom exception handler integrated.
The version which needs MAGNOLIA-6047 to be integrated (https://git.magnolia-cms.com/gitweb/?p=enterprise/sitemesh.git;a=commitdiff;h=4c2ecc1ae65cf8eecd288520018d0ea90d552daf).
