 Description

org.sitemesh.webapp.contentfilter.HttpServletResponseBuffer#setContentType sets also the encoding for the inner buffer but the encoding set by info.magnolia.cms.filters.ContentTypeFilter#setupCharacterEncoding is ignored.
The issue is present in the sitemesh library but since we customise its code anyway, we might provide a fix.
You can set your default encoding to UTF-8 as a workaround (JAVA_TOOL_OPTIONS=-Dfile.encoding=UTF-8).
