 Description

On 6.2.12 the template chooser in the page editor offers two versions of the Basic and Redirect templates. A normal one - and one marked with Deprecated.

The default bundles should not list the Deprecated items.

Note that when Travel demo is not installed - they are still displayed.

As a first stage of this ticket - research and list in comments why the behaviour is like it is.

And what options are there are to resolve it.

This is controlled by having MTK1 dependency or not (either I use it or not).

The default bundles should not list the Deprecated items.

DX demo doesn't contain it. I can see the addon bundle is even explicitly bringing it in.

I can see the marketing sample uses MTK1 but the migration to MTK2 should be a quickwin.

Any other "default" bundles?

magnolia-dx-core-webapp

has them in the pages app.
