 Description   

Currently handling with default site is causing some issues related to cross-site security and mapping sites for certain requests (imaging, dms...). Requests are ignoring proper mapping and are fall-backed to default. The whole site handling should be re-evaluate.
For test case see attached configuration.

MULTISITE-12 is needed to reproduce. Solve MGNLETK-116 first (The clone of MULTISITE-12 was already applied to ETK).
