When user uses "mgnl start" once the magnolia server is fulling running - a browser should be opened with the proper url. Some CLI's automatically open a browser with the correct URL once the server has started. |

https://www.npmjs.com/package/open can be used for cross platofrm support, we use it in npm as well |
