Under certain circumstances that need further investigation, mgnl jumpstart --snapshot may download the DEBUG-SNAPSHOT web app artifact, thus leading to confusing, unexpected behaviour. This has already led to extra work internally as it lead to some confusion when QA'ing internal releases. Notes
