 Description

Steps to reproduce

  1. Install Magnolia with `mgnl jumpstart`
  2. Start Magnolia with `mgnl start`
  3. Interact with Magnolia e.g. log into admincentral and open random page in Pages app.
  4. Close Magnolia with CTRL+C

Issue only happens when interaction with Magnolia happens (step 3).
When no interaction then Java process is killed correctly.

Magnolia Java process killed

Actual results

Magnolia stopped in terminal
Java process still running

Workaround

Kill manually Java process

Development notes

We (FE Team) tested this with latest Magnolia 6.2.7

I think it can be related to child process and process termination signal (reported also in NPMCLI-244)

if mgnl is run as a root process, then it closes as it should
