 Description

The help text for the commands reference the old names of the commands.
ie, for create-component, the help text says "mgnl-create-component".

ok. test$ mgnl create-component -h

  Usage: mgnl-create-component <name> [options]

Unfortunately that depends on the underlying package we use, commander, which creates this inline help. I couldn't find an easy workaround of that and last time I checked this was still an issue (we use the latest version 2.9.0)

Possible ugly workaround: https://github.com/tj/commander.js/issues/564
