| Description |

Right now the entire page gets reloaded when the configuration of a component changes. It would be very helpful, if only the changed component could be refreshed, while the of the page stuck in the browser. In our concrete use case there is a form with several input fields that only appear when other fields where set to suitable values. So when the editor wants to modify the hidden fields he has to fill the form each time. At Adobe Experience Manager it is possible to configure whether a component has to refresh itself, the parent container or the entire page. This is very helpful. I guess implementation is not too complex, since the component's content could simply be fetched via AJAX. Regards |
