We need to set the <base> element when rendering SPA applications. If e.g. Angular application that runs on http://localhost:8080/magnoliaAuthor/spa-page routes to '/home', the URL is rewritten to http://localhost:8080/home instead of http://localhost:8080/magnoliaAuthor/spa-page/home.
