Epic Link: SPA Editor

 Description

Currently, the SPA renderer injects js and css files specified in template definition.

However, the index.html files generated by front-end frameworks usually already contains references to these files, which produces 404 messages in console.

The link in index.html file was getting problem with context path, so that why it had been resolved by renderer.
So index.html should be simple, can copy it from build folder then remove the script part.
