 Description   

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Select SPA page and click on "Preview Page"
  2. The action bar is empty

Expected result:

  •  Actions should be shown same as other page types.

 Workaround:

Preview page by using "Preview page" in edit mode:
Select SPA page -> click on "Edit page" action -> click "Preview page" -> default actions is shown

I've tried to render the page annotation in the HTML header from server side, but there is a problem that client side fetches the HTML once. When the client navigates to other pages, the page annotation still be the previous page. So I think the option to expose mgnlOnFrameReady is the good choice for this.
