Epic Link: Dialog UX improvements

 Description

In new M6 Pages app if you click the 'Add Component' action for an area with only one component type available, you still get an 'Add Component' dialog where you can pick that one component type.

In M5 Pages App, this dialog is skipped as it is an unnecessary extra step since I can only. pick one component anyway. In this case, the edit dialog for that component is shown immediately.

This behaviour should be re-implemented in M6 pages app.

Attached image shows using the unnecessary dialog.
