 Description

To reproduce:

1. Make and publish a page and three sub-pages
2. Mark the last sub-page as deleted
3. Publish the parent page including sub-pages

5.7.5: All child nodes are unpublished. The deleted node is removed (i.e. /sportstation/tour). The parent is left in a modified state.

6.1.4: The parent node is left in a modified state but the child nodes are correct.
