According to a mail from siteimprove team, the magnolia-siteimprove module targets endpoints that will be outdated soon (March 31, 2023). The module should be updated to target the new endpoints. Mail From Siteimprove support team:The stronger our infrastructure, the better your experience and results—which is why we're constantly seeking to improve ours. But as our infrastructure changes and grows, it can impact our current users. We're reaching out because we've identified that users of your account may use DNS routing that could be disrupted during changes coming next month. We'd like to work with you and your IT team to make any necessary adjustments to ensure continued access for your entire team. What do you need to do? We've identified that one or more users of your account are accessing our platform using older IP address locations that will be deprecated soon. This is often due to an out-of-date DNS entry for our domain (http://siteimprove.com) and can usually be corrected easily. On March 31, 2023, we will sunset the use of several older servers and need to ensure that all customer traffic is correctly redirected to new locations. "As part of our effort to provide you with the best possible experience, the Siteimprove platform has now moved to a new infrastructure and endpoints. We've identified that you're targeting or using several legacy endpoints. We recommend that you update your systems to target the DNS name (my2.siteimprove.com) rather than the legacy endpoints (IP addresses) that you're currently targeting. An updated list of Siteimprove's currently used DNS addresses can be found here." When does this need to be completed by? We'll complete our server sunset work on March 31, 2023. To avoid disruption, please make your adjustments ahead of that date. NOTE: If adjustments have not been made by March 31st, your users could lose access to the Siteimprove platform until the requested change is made. We appreciate your help and attention! Our growth is your growth, and vice versa. Thank you for your business and your patience as we continue to improve our platform. Thank you! |

Hi, Is there already any information available, if the module is using the old APIs or not? Would be happy for any feedback, since the customer required an update here. Thanks and best regards, |

Hi Can you confirm that the overlay is still working past 31.03.23? Is it possible that you access the Dashboard via a Proxy server? |

Hi Sebastian, Thanks for the answer, I just checked it, and the overlay is still working, so it seems the mail of siteimprove is regarding another application of our client that uses the service. Thanks for checking it and for the answer. |
